Which should include a first aid kit?


The unexpected can happen at any time. So it pays to be prevented. So, we should have a complete kit that will allow us to provide first aid in case we have a small domestic accident. With it, we will reduce the effects of cuts, scrapes, scratches… However, before giving any type of medication, we need to know if the person who needs it has some kind of allergy, the expiration date and administration procedure. Also, we recommend having a list with telephone numbers of the closest services: ambulance, emergency, health centres, local police, fire, civil defence, hospitals, etc. It is advisable that kit and phone lists are in the same place, known by all the people living at home.
