Ingredients for 6 people
1 Kg of very red tomatoes
1 large Italian pepper
2 cloves of garlic
250 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 slice of loaf bread from the previous day
Water and salt
Peel separately the cucumber and tomatoes, and then chop the latter in a bowl.
Add the peppers, the cucumber (once you have also peeled it) garlic, oil, bread and salt.
Later you will have to beat everything with the blender, while you add water. As soon as you see that the gazpacho is like a thick soup, it will be ready to serve. We recommend you keep it for a couple of hours in the fridge, this way it will take cold!

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, then fry them in abundant oil over low heat. As soon as they are soft, you should remove them from the heat and let them drain and reserve.
Meanwhile beat the eggs in a bowl, when you finish add the potatoes and let them soak a few minutes so that the potatoes are impregnated with the egg.
Then, heat the oil in the pan and when you have it, pour the egg mixture with the potatoes, moving it at the same time so that it does not stick, and fry until the base is golden. As soon as you finish, flip the tortilla with a large plate and repeat the process on the other side until it is golden brown.
